Luis Garza
My name is Luis Garza, Grill Pro of the SMP since 2021. Currently I am 24 years old, graduated from Marketing at the ITESM Monterrey Campus. I dedicate to my lineage, to my paternal grandfather, the passion born by the fire. We used to make carne asada every Sunday in his house, and I understood that carne asada really went beyond just cooking to eat, but cooking with the purpose of bringing the whole family together, to the point that I do not remember a reunion with my dad's family that was not with a carne asada in between. I came to SMP in 2018 without knowing how far it was going to take me, having the opportunity to share my knowledge, my passion for grilling and my love for SMP is the best thing that could have happened in my life, fire unites us.
