Who is Alejandro Gutiérrez?

From Monterrey, Mexico, he’s 38 years old. Industrial Designer by the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM), Monterrey Campus. 

He is the president and cofounder of Sociedad Mexicana de Parrilleros, a company creating memorable gastronomic experiences around fire since 2012.

Creator and producer of Grill Master H-E-B, the biggest grilling championship in Latin America.

 Do I need experience to take a workshop?

No, you don’t need experience to take our workshops. There, you will learn from the basics, such as how to start the charcoal to the characteristics of each meat cut, beef and pork anatomy, grilling techniques and meat doneness.

Do I need to bring anything to the workshop?

No, it’s not necessary to bring anything. We take care of everything, you just need to arrive on time.

Can I buy tickets to the workshop for someone else?

Yes, you can gift tickets to this workshop. Contact us to provide us the information of the attending person.

Can minors attend?

Minors from 15 years of age accompanied by an adult can attend. Remember that during the workshop they will handle charcoal and knives. It is necessary to sign a release letter.

What happens if I cannot attend all two days?

The ticket is for all two days of the Workshop, if you can not attend the whole workshop there are no refunds or  availability to pay only for certain days. Someone else can attend instead, but we do not recommend it as it is a continuous workshop.

What do I do if I cannot attend the workshop?

Our policies do not allow us to cancel or refund workshops already purchased by the client during the week prior to the workshop. If you want to cancel and receive a refund, let us know before October 20th, 2024. 

I want to transfer my tickets. 

In order to transfer your tickets, it is important to notify one week in advance.

Do I have to pay in one payment?

Not necessarily. You can reserve your place with 50% and complete payment 15 days after the first payment. If your payment is not reflected in these 18 days, your place cannot be separated and the money will be refunded.

If your payment is made by bank transfer, the payment receipt must be sent to cursos@soyparrillero.mx indicating the corresponding order number. If this payment is not reflected within 48 hours after the purchase order is generated, the order will be cancelled and your place will be released.
