Kit Essencial SMP
This kit contains:
- Ultimate Black Rub, Salt, black pepper, and garlic are the primary mix of spices used in the kitchen, to this mix we added our applewood smoked sea salt to give it our characteristic flavor seal. It sets and accentuates the flavor of any meat cut grilled at a high temperature.
Apple Wood Smoked Sea Salt Original SMP, This seasoning is created from coarse natural and smoked sea salt, perfectly mixed together to obtain a balanced flavor. Its smoked flavor is very intense, excellent to add smoked notes to any dish.
- Rub Rojo, Created as an “all-purpose” seasoning, can be used from lean beef cuts to pork meat, poultry, fish, and shellfish; also in rice dishes, stocks, legumes, and vegetables. Due to the combination of basic cooking spices such as salt, garlic, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and paprika, it is a multipurpose seasoning. It gives very balanced flavors to the food. It is the most versatile of all of our rubs.
- Rub del Norte, Created from the traditional flavors and scents of Northeast Mexico; the ingredients are salt, garlic, oregano, cumin, black pepper, and onion. This combination is particularly dedicated to seasoning a whole hog, suckling goat, lamb, and poultry.
- Rub de la Costa, It is an excellent seasoning for fish and shellfish. This match is perfect thanks to its salty and sour flavors. This mix of spices also enhances the flavors of grilled or steamed vegetables.
- Rub Chipinque, Created to grill poultry and season vegetables. It has a tangy and spicy flavor.
- Ultimate White Rub, Perfect for giving great flavors when cooking on the grill. It is great for grilling at low temperatures for hours. It has the same base as the Ultimate Black Rub, but with powdered onion and other spices.
- Rub del Postre, This rub was made to complete the perfect barbeque experience. Its sugar base gives that sweet touch to desserts. Perfect for spending time with the family, and having a great barbeque experience.
- Rub BBQ Classic, It is the base of all our BBQ rubs. This rub is so versatile that it can adapt to any piece or meat cut, especially to any type of dish that involves smoking and slow cooking.
- Rub del Cafe, Created with two purposes: the first one, to give toasted spices and coffee notes to steaks, this due to its high coffee content; the second one, to tenderize the meat, since coffee is a natural tenderizer. This rub is perfect for very lean and thick cuts meant for long cooking at low temperatures, such as brisket, beef shanks and sirloin caps, pork shoulder, and spare ribs.
