Rub Rojo SMP
The Rub Rojo, created as an “all-purpose” seasoning, can be used from lean beef cuts to pork meat, poultry, fish, and shellfish; also in rice dishes, stocks, legumes, and vegetables. Due to the combination of basic cooking spices such as salt, garlic, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and paprika, it is a multipurpose seasoning. It gives very balanced flavors to the food. It is the most versatile of all of our rubs.
Great for beef, pork butt and pork belly, poultry, burger patties, vegetables, and much more.
