Memphis BBQ Rub SMP

We created this rub to honor the city of smoked ribs. Mainly used to slowly smoke pork and ribs, to guarantee maximum flavor. This rub can be used dry or wet by adding water or oil to it.

Great for pork shoulder, whole hog, sweet beans, and much more.
