Rub de Cafe SMP
Created with two purposes: the first one, to give toasted spices and coffee notes to steaks, this due to its high coffee content; the second one, to tenderize the meat, since coffee is a natural tenderizer. This rub is perfect for very lean and thick cuts meant for long cooking at low temperatures, such as brisket, beef shanks and sirloin caps, pork shoulder, and spare ribs.
Great for picanha, pork tenderloin, pork belly, grilled chicken, bacon, grilled potatoes, glazes, dressings, and much more.
