Welcome to our second Grill Night- Prime Cuts Edition.
A workshop designed for meat lovers and grilling fans who wish to increase their knowledge about beef prime cuts and how to perfectly prepare them. With the help of Grill Pro Luis Garza, immerse yourself in the theoretical and practical experience of this five course menu, where you will have the opportunity to taste everything you cook.

Luis Garza, Grill Pro of the SMP since 2021. Currently I am 24 years old, graduated from Marketing at the ITESM Monterrey Campus. I dedicate to my lineage, to my paternal grandfather, the passion born by the fire. We used to make carne asada every Sunday in his house, and I understood that carne asada really went beyond just cooking to eat, but cooking with the purpose of bringing the whole family together, to the point that I do not remember a reunion with my dad's family that was not with a carne asada in between. I came to SMP in 2018 without knowing how far it was going to take me, having the opportunity to share my knowledge, my passion for grilling and my love for SMP is the best thing that could have happened in my life, fire unites us.

Most importantly: You'll have a great time, have fun, converse, and there are also beers included ;), you will eat delicious things that you made yourself (of course with the guidance of the Grill Master). As a barbecue fan, I enjoyed it a lot, but it's also a very pleasant social activity, a different afternoon in a very nice place. Plus, we learned several interesting things that I will definitely apply in my day-to-day to make my barbecues and "carne asada" better and better. Amazing experience!
The course went by very quickly and in a very enjoyable way, you don't even feel the hours pass, the facilities are excellent, all the equipment they provide is super professional, and the Grill Master is very patient and professional. It's definitely worth it.

Do I need experience to take a workshop?
No, you don’t need experience to take our workshops. There, you will learn from the basics, such as how to start the charcoal to the characteristics of each meat cut, beef and pork anatomy, grilling techniques and meat doneness.
Do I need to bring anything to the workshop?
No, it’s not necessary to bring anything. We take care of everything, you just need to arrive on time.
Can I buy tickets to the workshop for someone else?
Yes, you can gift tickets to this workshop. Contact us to provide us the information of the attending person.
Can minors attend?
Minors from 15 years of age accompanied by an adult can attend. Remember that during the workshop they will handle charcoal and knives. It is necessary to sign a release letter.

What do I do if I cannot attend the workshop?
Our policies do not allow us to cancel or refund workshops already purchased by the client during the week prior to the workshop. If you want to cancel and receive a refund, let us know beforer february 10th, 2024.

Do I have to pay in one payment?
Not necessarily. You can reserve your place with 50% and complete payment 15 days after the first payment. If your payment is not reflected in these 18 days, your place cannot be separated and the money will be refunded.
If your payment is made by bank transfer, the payment receipt must be sent to cursos@soyparrillero.mx indicating the corresponding order number. If this payment is not reflected within 48 hours after the purchase order is generated, the order will be cancelled and your place will be released.
